About the Free ESL Program

The Nevada U.S.-China Cultural Association (NUCCA) offers free ESL (English as a Second Language) classes for adults aged 18+, supporting learners at all levels.

In partnership with The Library District, NUCCA hosts Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced ESL classes, taught by certified instructors. All students must take a placement test before entering.

For students who score below the Beginner level, NUCCA provides a Foundation-Level ESL class, independently organized to help true beginners build confidence and basic skills.
